Please note as all our products are made to order and handcrafted by one person. After an order is placed, please allow 7-21 days for products to be handmade.
Once made we will please allow 1-3 days for us to ship your order if UK based. Please note all our orders are fully tracked. You will receive an email notification from us that will contain the tracking number once your order has been shipped.
UK - 1-2 working days (after Dispatch)
Europe - 3-6 working days (after Dispatch)
Global (selective countries) - 3-6 working days (after Dispatch)
For UK orders we ship through Royal Mail.
For International orders we ship through DHL Express.
Once you place an order, you should receive a confirmation email from us in your inbox according the email you provided us. Since all orders are tracked, you'll also receive a tracking number so you know exactly where your order is at all times.
